TurtleBlock AI turtle and bricks on an AI chip📜🐢 Building in public

Terms of Service

TurtleBlock AI is experimental.

The service, Turtle agent, WorldSpec interpreter, community integrations, and future Minecraft connections are research and development systems that may change, break, produce unexpected results, or be unavailable.

Using TurtleBlock AI

By using TurtleBlock AI, the Playground, Turtle, or an official TurtleBlock AI integration, you agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other users, the service, connected platforms, or research operations.

Educational and experimental purpose

TurtleBlock AI is intended to support learning, inquiry, construction, experimentation, reflection, and educational research. Outputs are proposals, interpretations, computational representations, or experimental assistance. They are not guaranteed to be correct, complete, safe, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Learner responsibility and ownership of decisions

Turtle is designed as a collaborator rather than an authority. You remain responsible for what you choose to build, publish, share, submit, or act upon. TurtleBlock AI may surface possibilities, questions, patterns, or consequences, but it does not replace human judgment.

Your submissions

You should submit only material that you have the right to share. Do not submit confidential, private, infringing, unlawful, or sensitive material, or information about another person that you do not have permission to provide. Research-enabled Playground submissions are governed by the applicable Privacy Notice and consent flow.

Acceptable use

Do not use TurtleBlock AI to disrupt systems or communities, evade platform security, distribute malware, impersonate others deceptively, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or facilitate unlawful conduct.

Discord and other connected services

Discord, Cloudflare, GitHub, Minecraft or Microsoft services, model providers, and other connected platforms are independent third-party services. Their own terms, rules, account requirements, availability, and privacy practices also apply.

Research and data use

When a feature is clearly identified as a research-enabled TurtleBlock AI interaction, submitted material may be processed under the applicable Privacy Notice and consent terms. Ordinary community conversation is not automatically transformed into approved research-dataset material merely because it occurs in a TurtleBlock AI community space.

No guarantee of availability

TurtleBlock AI may be changed, suspended, reset, or discontinued at any time. Experimental worlds, sessions, interpretations, integrations, and stored project data should not be treated as the sole copy of important work.

No warranties

The service is provided on an experimental, as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that TurtleBlock AI will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change as TurtleBlock AI gains new capabilities, integrations, research practices, or community features.

Project context

TurtleBlock AI is a build-in-public educational research and development program led by Dr. Bryan P. Sanders and developed through RE/EDUCATION, connecting scholarship, educational practice, and technical R&D.
